Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, enhance, and test any new or existing tools.
  Manage user accounts, manage data backups, and perform tools upgrade.
• Take part in daily scrum, planning meetings with the team members and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver scripts required for maintaining the Tool set.
  Involve in any qualification processes of any new tool or any tool features as needed.
• Create needed documentation on any new tool or new feature on any existing tool.
• Participate in any tool demonstrations to the stake holders.
• Monitor the ticketing system notifications and other user requests and address them and update the tickets as per the SLA defined by the team.

Skills:

• Working knowledge on Tools such as ReviewBoard, JIRA, GIT, Confluence, TestRail, Stash.
• Administration knowledge on Tools such as ReviewBoard, JIRA, GIT, Confluence, TestRail.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile Software Development.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PHP, Python, and Shell Scripting.
• Familiarity with Operating Systems such as Windows and Linux.
  Knowledge in programming languages such as Java and C# is desired.
• Familiarity with ASP .Net technology is desired.
  Knowledge in database technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle is desired.
• Communication skills - written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 1 – 3 year of relevant experience is required.
