- Screen and Evaluate prospective candidates for various requirements
- Matching expectation of candidates and clients.
- Taking Telephonic round of Interview
Required Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills - firm command over written/spoken English is a must.
- Should be able to communicate ideas effectively and clearly.
- Ability to work in a team as well as an individual contributor.
- Strong background in Extra-Curricular is highly desired.
- Good Aptitude to be productive while working independently.
