Job Description:
- A Customer Support Engineer will be part of a virtual team approaching a customer design win, and will take over the responsibility from the point of technical design win through project execution, fulfillment to revenue ramp-up.
- The position entails strong technical know how and customer facing skills, ability to understand vertical technology segments, leadership talent and ability to overcome technical and architecture obstacles in real time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Hands on experience in networking equipment development
- Experience with high speed serial interfaces. Schematic capture and layout

- Development under VxWorks or Linux. Knowledge with networking protocols.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience at a customer support position an advantage.
- Experience as an ASIC developer an advantage .
