Job Description :
We have a very urgent opening for Educational Counselor / Telecaller for Delhi.
- To handle walk-ins at the center and counseling students for the products available.
- To provide information about the courses to the enquiries.
- To convert the enquiries into registration.
- To focus on sales and collection target of the center.
- To maintain system and create daily sales report.
Skills / Attributes:-
- Aggressive to convert enquiry into admission.
- Generate leads for business by following the data provided by the company.
- A highly selfmotivated, energetic, outcomeoriented individual having strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- No field work just office job
- Good in follow ups
- Proficient in basics of computer applications
- To handle walk-ins at the center and counseling students for the products available.
- To provide information about the courses to the enquiries.
- To convert the enquiries into registration.
- To focus on sales and collection target of the center.
- To maintain system and create daily sales report.
- The candidates should have a strong convincing power and should able to handle the pressure of achieving the targets and focus on implementing the policies and procedures of Business Development and should be accountable to bring up the business in the Branch.
- Responsible for understanding the students requirement & providing guidance accordingly, Student centric & personalized counseling .
- Information shared/given to the students should not be misleading & need to be upfront & transparent.
- Verbal counseling as well as through email communication
- Regular updation of reports (working upon)
- Responsible for conversion (as per requirement)
