Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Periodic telecom expense & inventory audit and reconciliation
• Report generation using various platforms like EMS, MS Excel, SQL & SAP Business Objects
• Global TEMS roll out activities
• Respond to end users on any inventory, spend or usage related queries
• Provide all necessary support to telecom service owners and AP team
• Any other tasks that may be assigned

Desired Profile:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good working knowledge in excel
• Good communication skills – Written & Oral
• Well organized & attention for detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability work under pressure and deliver on agreed upon deadlines

Desired Experience:

• Candidates with prior experience in any/all of the below would be advantageous however this would not be a mandatory criteria for selection.
• Experience in Telecom Expense Management – Inventory Management/Auditing
• Experience in a professional environment with Data Analysis/Reporting
• Knowledge in SQL Queries and advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Telecommunication technologies
