Department : Naukri Direct Sales(B2B)

Job Description:

• Responsible for selling corporate accounts to various clients across India.
• Will be handling the B2B function on pan India basis.
• Responsible for acquiring business and achieving sales targets.
• Establishing and maintaining current and potential client relationships
• Devising effective plans with a view to achieve sales target and profitability of the organisation.
• Maintaining the database of the Leads generated and make regular follow ups with them.
• Acquiring regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with the clients/candidates ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

Eligibility :
 

Graduates / Post Graduates with 0-2 years of experience in sales, looking for inhouse sales profile can apply. Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Profile II:-

Department : Naukri Customer Service

Job Description:

• Interacting with the HR Professionals on pan India basis.(Inbound)
• Suggesting the appropriate keywords to the recruiters in order to help them out in finding most relevant CVs from the database.
• Identifying unique openings through direct interaction& from various sources including competition sites, career sites, newspapers, expired jobs (in Naukri) for an assigned set of clients.
• Convince the client to approve posting all live requirements on Naukri. This is often followed by mail interactions with list of Jobs identified for client's approval.
• Internal co-ordinations on job posting to ensure that the acquired jobs are posted properly & on time.
• Performance scores are assigned on the basis of quantity & quality of jobs acquired against set targets. Addition bonus points are assigned upon obtaining training requests & getting client issues resolved through respective departments in customer support.
• The performance scores & parameters may change depending upon business needs.

Fresher graduates/ part time MBA's (preferably female candidates) with excellent communication skills should only apply.

Profile III:-

Department : Naukri International Sales

Job description:

• Will handle Gulf market markets and brief clients about the services offered by Naukri.com.
• Candidate will be handling B2B function of Naukri.com in International market.
• Creating database of clients through enhanced outbound calls.
• Do extensive search on the net (Job-Sites / Google).
• Do direct calls clients briefing them about hot jobs.
• Eligibility:
• Post Graduates with minimum 3 months to 1 year of experience in sales/ client servicing/ marketing and excellent communication skills can apply.
