Job Description:


The Team Member is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. The TM works with the Operations Manager (OM) to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and recommends / implements solutions. This role may be leveraged across multiple teams

Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
  • Ensures First Time Resolution to customers
  • Maintain documentation of SOPs/Operating Instructions
  • Identify, share, and support operational improvements.
  • Acquire and transfer knowledge from onshore / client (as and when required)
  • Comply to all Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
  • Ensure Time Sheets are filled regularly
  • Adherences to team schedules and leave plans

Desired Profile :
  • Graduate in B.A./ B.Com / B.Sc./ BHM / BBA
  • 0 - 2 years of experience
  • Calling Experience in an International BPO desired
  • (No Full-time MBA/MCA/B.E/B.tech /B.Ed /Regular PGDBM)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts
  • Typing skills:25WPM
  • Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office)
