Job Description:

 

  • The selected candidate need to interact with customers prior to and/or after sale.
  • Should develop and maintains positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company
  • This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer, either from a financial standpoint or product standpoint.
  • Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
 
Desired Profile:
  • The candidate should be any degree holder from any recognized university.
  • The candidate should have excellent English written/spoken communication skills.
  • Should be willing to work Night Shifts and should be able to multi task and work in pressure
  • Candidates with knowledge of Oracle R12 Order Management would be given preference
  • Candidates with Education/Training Back office process would be preferred(preferably from finance background).
  • The candidates  with 0-2 years of experience and good communication skills proffered
