Job Description:
- Able to perform in-depth fault analysis and troubleshooting. Should have good knowledge of server installation and recovery, LVM concepts.
- Knowledge of server partitioning MCS/Service Guard and lignite is desirable.
- Knowledge of software installation, patching and performance turning.
- Working and troubleshooting on day-to-day problems via opening and closing tickets.
- Participating in change record meeting and approving changes.
- Working on new server builds for new projects including HPUX servers and coordinating with different groups to achieve target date.
- Perform all standard system administration on HPUX machines (users, groups, backup etc.
