Job Description:

• Opening for Technical & Customer Support (Voice)
• Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST
• Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
• Ability to analyze and solve technical queries/issues over the phone ( INBOUND, NO SALES )
• Lucrative Salary & Incentives (attendance, performance, client incentives etc.)
• 5 days/week ( 2 Week Offs )
• Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)

Desired Profile:

• Fresher / Experienced Candidates
• Undergraduates & Graduates in any stream
• 18-45 years of age
• B.E. & BTech (ONLY CS, Electronic, Electrical & Instrumentation) candidates are eligible
• MTech, MBA & MCA (or equivalent) NOT eligible
• Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST
