Responsibilities:
- Review reported content from our users regarding objectionable content on the site
- Partner with local teams to identify user problems at scale and provide insights to improve efficiency and user experience
- Identify trends regarding improvements in the tools and techniques to help scale the team
- BA/BE or an equivalent graduate degree
- Self-starter individual, with an ability to work with minimum guidance and execute well in time sensitive work
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams in a constantly changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience working as a contractor is preferred
