Job Description:
- Application support in terms of business research and background information which is needed by end users\Business and meeting the support SLAs as agreed with end users\Business,
- Monitoring the application processes, application logs and taking appropriate resolution actions in case of failures.
- Using support tools and escalation mechanisms in case of application failures.
- Documents all the changes and enhancements. Responsible for Training and mentoring the team.
Job Requirements:
- 0-2 yrs Exp in
Supply Chain domain or Procurement functions
- Basic Knowledge
of ERP Systems, SAP Business Objects is desirable
- Excellent
communication skills
- Very Good
Analytical abilities
