Job Description:

• Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting. 
• Responsible for providing telephone/ email/ chat and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products. 
• Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action. 
• Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures. 
• Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services

Desired profile:

• Should be open to work in rotational / night shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English.
• Should be open to relocate to Chandigarh / Mohali in case of outstation candidates.
• Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
• Undergraduates with at least 12 months of international call center /18 months of domestic call center / 24 months of any other work experience
• Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply .

Preference:

• Candidates with more than 1 year of experience in technical support in a US process.
• Experience in desktop support or hardcore technical support.
• Candidates from Tri-city.
