Job Description:

Receiving calls from customers based out of US

  • Solving queries and concerns on the call
  • Arranging for any service required by the Customer
  • Provide Customer with product and service information
  • Sell Products to eligible Customers
  • Up sell Products and Services
  • Follow-up on customer inquires and resolve
  • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
  • Recommend process improvements.

Job Specification:

  • Should be Customer Service Centric
  • Excellent English Verbal Communication Skills
  • Working knowledge of Computers
  • Professional Phone etiquettes and ability to work with a Team
  • Should be willing to work nights
  • Should be open to Change
  • Minimum of 18 years of age

Educational Requirements: 

Should be minimum 10+2 or a Graduate

BE, B-Tech, B.Pharm and MCA freshers need not apply.
