Description:
- Candidate should be good knowledge of it product.
- Good communication skill.
- Validate business Process in terms of quality.
- Performs key investigations on customer escalations and time based monitoring to delivery of service to the dissatisfied customers
- Work on department-wide activities such as process documentation and adherence.
- Single Point of contact for customer complains.
- Taking feedback directly from customer against our process and service account managers
- Adding Value to the organization by giving Trainings on soft skills, ITIL V3, and Incident Management to all our FMS Location and as well as to our internal Team.
- Monitor team performance; generate reports, trends & dashboards on Excel Sheets with Presentations.
- Ability to analyze data based on my monitoring & performs a thorough Root Cause Analysis on service improvements.
- Doing internal and external audits for all our FMS Locations in terms of ISO 20000, 27000, 9001 frameworks.
- Monitoring and helps in implementation of CRM and also involved in CRM Audits.

1,00,000 - 2,00,000 P.A. (fixed appraisal every six months till 2 years)
