1 year of prior BPO/ Call Centre experience
• Freshers

• Excellent
written and oral communication
• Must
possess a neutral accent with no regional language influence
• Good
computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Should
be willing to work in shifts
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Call
Handling (Inbound & outbound)
• Understand
customer queries/ requests and act accordingly
• Keep
abreast with product knowledge, policies and procedures
• To
perform reservation functions: ticketing, re-booking, cancellations and refunds
• Adherence
to Company standards
