Job Details:

Education & Background:

         Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream
         Minimum 1 year of prior BPO/ Call Centre experience
         Freshers who have completed graduation may also apply
         Excellent written and oral communication
         Must possess a neutral accent with no regional language influence
         Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
         Should be willing to work in shifts

Key Job Responsibilities:

         Call Handling (Inbound & outbound)
         Understand customer queries/ requests and act accordingly
         Keep abreast with product knowledge, policies and procedures
         To perform reservation functions: ticketing, re-booking, cancellations and refunds
         Adherence to Company standards
